This is an interesting and relevant article. However I do have an issue with the statement that the difference in weight between a BEV and a FCEV is likely to be negligible. In fact a large battery truck would be a lot heavier than a fuel cell one for an equivalent range. In addition the efficiency comparison is misleading. Of course it is more efficient to charge a battery with available electricity than to make H2, but renewable electricity is intermittent and it is vary hard to store electricity as electrons.
